About Capuchins
We are one of the three Orders that make up the first Order of St. Francis that Pope Clement VII officially permitted in 1528. We are an Order of both priests and lay brothers living by the Rule of St. Francis and the Capuchin Friars Constitutions while serving the people of God in different parts of Kenya having been started in Kenya in 1974 by the Capuchin brothers from the Capuchin Province of Malta.
